We invite applications for the position of Human Resources Manager to join the College.

The Human Resources Manager will report into the Principal and is responsible for proactively partnering with College leaders across the full spectrum of Human Resource Management including workforce planning, performance and management, employee relations, HR compliance, policies and procedures, talent attraction and retention, employee engagement and change.

To be considered for this position, we are seeking applicants with relevant tertiary qualifications and proven experience working in a similar Human Resources capacity. To succeed in this role, your communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to navigate complex situations with diplomacy and professionalism will set you apart.

This position is full-time ongoing, however part-time applications (min. 30 hours) will be considered. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a National Criminal History check and have a current WWCC card.
