Base salary ranges from $71,578 to $78,175. Salary calculated on averaged conditions (generally only required to work during school term time)</li> <li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li> <li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li> <li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li> <li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li> <li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About You</strong><br><br> As a <strong>School Support Officer (Level 4)</strong> working in Student Services, you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate Marist Catholic College Penshurst's values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br><br> To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p> <ul> <li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li> <li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li> <li>experience working in administration</li> <li>experience with Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li> <li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li> <li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li> <li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li> <li>excellent written and oral communication</li> <li>accuracy and attention to detail</li> <li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li> <li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li> <li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li> </ul> <p>You will have attained:</p> <ul> <li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent</li> <li>senior first aid qualifications or the willingness to obtain the qualification.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
