<p><strong>About Our School</strong></p>
<p>St Anthony of Padua Catholic College is seeking an experienced Curriculum Support Officer to support our Head of Curriculum and Leaders of Learning for a full-time, permanent position commencing as soon as possible.</p>

<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>As a Curriculum Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>St Anthony of Padua Catholic College Austral</strong>'s values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.</p>
<p>To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p>
<ul>
<li>commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic School environment</li>
<li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff</li>
<li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li>
<li>experience working in administration</li>
<li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li>
<li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li>
<li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li>
<li>strong interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li>
<li>excellent written and oral communication</li>
<li>accuracy and attention to detail</li>
<li>experience in a busy, dynamic school setting</li>
<li>knowledge of relevant NESA curriculum documentation, practices and procedures including the Record of School Achievement, Higher School Certificate and NAPLAN</li>
<li>experience in working with Schools Online, the online NESA platform</li>
<li>a sound understanding and experience in the administration of NAPLAN</li>
<li>an ability to work independently and as part of a team and contribute positively to staff professional culture</li>
<li>a willingness to undergo any relevant training appropriate for the role</li>
<li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li>
<li>basic First Aid qualification or willingness to attain</li>
<li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li>

<p><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p>
<p>The role of the Curriculum Support Officer includes (but is not limited to):</p>
<ul>
<li>maintaining the accuracy of information on NESA's <i>Schools Online</i> platform</li>
<li>managing the administration of NAPLAN, PAT and other internal/external testing</li>
<li>liaising with NESA regarding curriculum matters as required</li>
<li>managing the administration of the college's formal assessment illness/misadventure process</li>
<li>supporting Leaders of Learning in matters relating to curriculum</li>
<li>assisting in the student subject selection process</li>
<li>managing assessment calendars and schedules across the College</li>
<li>managing the data collection and preparation of academic awards</li>
<li>attending meetings as requested by the Principal and/or Head of Curriculum K-12.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a Certificate III/ IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting or equivalent.</li>
</ul>
