This position will be a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025, with potential opportunity beyond. This role will directly support the Assistant Principal Sport and Co-curricular and our Sports Office, ensuring the smooth operation of our sports and co-curricular programs. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience, a keen eye for detail and a fabulous attitude.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation of our sports and co-curricular programs, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.</p> <p>This contract position can be full-time or part-time, with a schedule to suit your needs (min 30 hours/week).</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Administrative duties in the Sports Office including supporting the onboarding of coaching casuals and validating paperwork</li> <li>Providing general administrative support to the Assistant Principal Sport and Co-curricular and Sports Office.</li> <li>Coordinating and managing schedules, events, and activities related to sports and co-curricular programs including carnivals and significant events</li> <li>Liaising with coaches, teachers-in-charge, and external partners as required</li> <li>Maintaining accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible</li> <li>Assisting in the planning and execution of sports events, competitions, and co-curricular activities</li> </ul> <p><strong>To be successful in this role you will have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong administrative experience</li> <li>An interest in and/or understanding of sport and co-curricular activities would be beneficial</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and organisational skills</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li> <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and be able to quickly learn new systems</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment</li> <li>A commitment to child safety and St Augustine’s values</li> <li>A commitment to ongoing professional development</li> </ul> <p><strong>Child Safeguarding Statement:</strong></p> <p>St. Augustine’s College is committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
