CSBB is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Digital Training & Learning Facilitator to join the team!

<p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast, Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 45 Catholic Schools with around 18,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p>
<p><strong>The Role</strong> </p>
<p>Reporting to the Leader: Transformation & Learning Delivery, CSBB is currently seeking a <strong>Digital Training and Learning Facilitator</strong> to join our creative and service-focused team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and passionate individual who is enthusiastic about integrating digital literacy skills and knowledge in teaching/learning and working alongside colleagues to help them develop confidence in their use of digital technologies. </p>
<p>This is a <strong>temporary, part-time (0.4FTE)</strong> role working 2 days per week, based at our head office in Pennant Hills as well as working in CSBB schools, predominantly on the Central Coast. </p>
<p>This role is to commence as soon as possible and conclude in January 2026. </p>
<p><strong>Salary: </strong>Circa $135K + super (pro-rata) </p>
<p><strong>Role Responsibilities</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Training delivery and professional development to grow digital literacy, confidence, and competencies across a wide range of stakeholders </li>
<li>Create and maintain a suite of process and procedural documentation for users, including the development of online training materials </li>
<li>Collaborate with the Leader: Transformation and Learning Delivery to lead small projects </li>
<li>Engage with internal customers and stakeholders to clarify, refine, and present opportunities for improvement and innovation </li>
<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders in schools and the CSBB Head Office to understand procurement needs and requirements </li>
<li>Identify potential improvements to our systems and processes, with particular focus on learning and student/teacher empowerment </li>
<li>Facilitate student and adult learning, with a future-focused lens on the evolving needs of our students and staff in alignment with CSBB strategy </li>

<p><strong>Essential Criteria</strong> </p>
<ul>
<li>Supportive of the Catholic ethos & values </li>
<li>Experience in leading and supporting change </li>
<li>Experience in face-to-face training </li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of digital literacy needs of education sector </li>
<li>Has the ability to develop a training program and related materials </li>
<li>Teaching experience within a school setting (Secondary is desirable) </li>
<li>Ability to manage competing priorities with a solutions-focused mindset </li>
<li>Has a keen eye for detail to deliver consistently accurate and informed written and verbal communications suitable for the receiving audience </li>
<li>Customer focused with outstanding interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Advanced knowledge and skill in the Microsoft Suite products </li>
<li>Ability to meet deadlines, prioritise & re-prioritise tasks accordingly </li>
<li>Adaptive and responsive to change </li>
<li>Relevant Tertiary Qualification and/or Certified Practitioner credential or an equivalent level of knowledge in the relevant field gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience </li>
<li>Valid Working with Children Check </li>
<li>Current NSW Driver’s Licence (and own car required) </li>
