This position serves as the initial point of contact for students seeking assistance from Counselling Services, providing initial coordination, allocation, referral and appointments for the counselling team, and undertaking various administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Counselling Services Team. The Wellbeing and Counselling Services Coordinator is expected to undertake a high proportion of tasks involving complex, specialised or professional functions, and will be required to liaise with the general community, government agencies and service providers.</p> <p>The&nbsp;Wellbeing and Counselling Services Coordinator is a key member of the&nbsp;Counselling Services Team and reports directly to the Vice Principal - Students.</p> <p><strong>MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY</strong></p> <p>The responsibilities of the&nbsp;Wellbeing and Counselling Services Coordinator include but are not limited to:</p> <ol> <li>Administering the Counselling Services Team reception and providing an initial support response to students;</li> <li>Coordinating and managing appointments for the Counselling Services Team;</li> <li>Administrative duties associated with the effective management of the Counselling Services Team office;</li> <li>in conjunction with the Vice Principal - Students, proactively seeking ways to enhance the delivery of preliminary contact in wellbeing services across the College;</li> <li>performing other duties and implementing decisions as requested by the Principal or the College Improvement Team.</li> </ol> <p><strong>SALARY REMUNERATION: According to the CEMEA 2022, $85,801.00 - $97,730.00 per annum, plus 11.5% superannuation.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
