St Marianne Cope is a new Catholic Parish Primary School opening in Mt Atkinson, Truganina in 2026. This position will begin Term 3, 21st July, 2025.
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to be the welcoming face of our new school. As a founding member of our team, you will play a key role in establishing a positive, professional, and community-focused office environment.
<p>This position will suit someone with extensive experience in schools. You will be able to manage the daily operations of the school office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for students, families, and staff.</p>
<p>You will provide high-level administrative support to the principal, including managing communication, school management systems, including ICON, to maintain student data, enrolments, finance, and communications.</p>
<p>You be flexible and adaptive and able to handle the complexity of a new school office space handling enquiries from families and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a problem-solving attitude. You will also be able to assist in the establishment of school processes and routines as part of a new-school startup environment.</p>
<p>A 3 and 4 year-old kindergarten will be an integral part of our St Marianne Cope community. You will work alongside the kindergarten administration with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and a collaborative approach to shared operational systems.</p>

<li>Proficient in the use of ICON and other relevant school administrative systems.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and evolving environment.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable, and inclusive manner.</li>
<li>Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to support student wellbeing, including administering First Aid, managing medications, and maintaining accurate health records in line with school policies.</li>
