This role provides expert-level technical assistance and acts as an escalation point for complex issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to teaching and learning. The Senior Technical Support Officer contributes to the smooth operation of IT systems by managing support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and mentoring junior team members.
