The College is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Geography teacher in a part-time (0.6 FTE) temporary position, until Term 3 2026.

Please note, there is the possibility to increase the teaching load of this position, via casual covers.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant needs to have the ability to teach the following course/s:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Stage 4/5 Geography Mandatory</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></li> </ul> <p>The ability to teach the following course/s is highly desirable:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Stage 5 Geography Elective</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>ABOUT YOU</strong></p> <p>The successful applicant will:</p> <ul> <li>hold the appropriate teaching qualifications and be eligible to teach in NSW</li> <li>be an outstanding classroom teacher of Geography across Stages 4/5</li> <li>demonstrate collaborative practices and a commitment to working as part of a team</li> <li>demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional learning</li> <li>demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>demonstrate an understanding of and a commitment to the Mission and Values of the College</li> <li>be willing to contribute to the Co-curriculum Programs at the College</li> <li>hold a current Working with Children Check and be committed to safeguarding and promoting the safety, welfare and well-being of children and young people</li> <li>accredited&nbsp;with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) to be eligible to teach in NSW</li> </ul>
