Qualification and Requirements:

Essential

• Proven experience handling a wide range of administrative tasks in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and manage competing tasks with a high level of attention to detail 

Desirable

• Demonstrated understanding of and experience working with the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD) process in schools. 
• Understanding of applicable legislation and ensure compliance with learning diversity programs.
• Understanding of and experience with supporting students with additional learning needs in an educational setting. 
• Experience within a secondary school environment and with school systems, such as SIMON or Synergetic.
• Current training qualification that meets the requirements of HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid and a willingness to complete every 3 years.
• Current training qualification that meets the requirements of HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation and a willingness to complete this annually.
