<p>We are seeking a proactive and experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business and Operations, you will play a key role in fostering safe, compliant, and supportive learning environments that enhance student outcomes and meet legislative obligations</p> <p>As the Risk and Compliance Officer, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Strengthen compliance measures and improve WHS risk mitigation tools across the College.</li> <li>Ensure adherence to WHS legislation and CET policies.</li> <li>Maintain hazard/risk registers and implementing annual WHS plans.</li> <li>Assist with incident and hazard investigations.</li> <li>Facilitate risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Promote and support a proactive safety culture within St Marys College.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience and in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p> <p>We demonstrate our commitment to reconciliation by encouraging Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to apply.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
