You will be tasked with enriching the school's Catholic identity and fostering a welcoming culture for students and families within the local community and feeder parishes. You will have strong communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, the proven ability to work collaboratively and be driven to learn and implement new ideas across the school community.<br><br> To be considered for this role, you must demonstrate impact in:</p> <ul> <li>leading a school-wide culture that is characterised by high performance, continuous improvement, data-informed decision making particularly in Religious Education</li> <li>leading, in collaboration with staff and local pastors, the development of the liturgical, sacramental and prayer life of the college to ensure a thriving Catholic community</li> <li>collaboratively leading a culture of effective, distributive, and sustainable religious leadership, prioritising partnership with parish communities and the wider Church</li> <li>leading within a network to promote the reciprocal benefits of school and system partnerships</li> <li>providing quality opportunities in faith formation for all staff, students and parents, encouraging them to participate in our Catholic faith community.</li> </ul> <p>You will have attained or be pursuing the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>postgraduate qualifications or Masters in Leadership, Religion, Theology or a relevant educational field</li> <li>requirements of <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">(Category E)</a> as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools">Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead </a>or agree to meet these requirements in your first contract term.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br> Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
