The HR & Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing essential human resources functions, including payroll processing, contract preparation, compliance with industrial awards, ensuring all staff maintain up-to-date compliance/registration and managing the organisation’s compliance platform, CompliSpace to ensure the school remains aligned with current legal and regulatory requirements
