We have also introduced additional Staff Development Days plus further arrangements for teacher directed time throughout the year&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Staff voice:</strong> Our Enterprise Agreement reflects our deep commitment to having systems in place which give our frontline staff a genuine voice in their work&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Staff School Fee Discounts: </strong>Eligible staff receive a 25% discount on their children's school fees at our schools, pro-rated to their FTE&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Wellbeing Support:</strong> we provide a robust wellbeing program to ensure our staff thrive and grow.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Middle Leaders Program</strong>: we have a comprehensive program to develop leadership capacity, including for aspiring leaders of tomorrow&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Teachers</strong> <strong>Overnight Allowance for Camps and Excursions</strong>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Specific Criteria</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School</li> <li>Qualifications and/or experience in Special Education</li> <li>Qualifications in early childhood studies and/or Primary School Teaching and/or Secondary School Teaching</li> <li>Ability to lead collaboratively the Diverse Learning Team within an inclusive education model of service delivery</li> <li>Ability to communicate effectively with and liaise with parents, school and staff and outside agencies to support individual students with specific learning needs</li> <li>Be able to differentiate the curriculum including assessment tasks to meet the diverse learning needs of students and lead others in improving their practice</li> <li>The ability to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate high quality individualised educational programs, inclusive of adjustments</li> <li>Understanding of NESA requirements for Disability Provisions and Life Skills Outcomes</li> <li>Capacity to contribute to the school’s Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement</li> <li>Proven ability to apply sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the needs of all learners</li> <li>Skilled in analysing and reflecting on student learning data to ensure learning growth for all students;</li> <li>Highly effective in managing and facilitating safe and supportive learning environments with an understanding of positive student welfare practices</li> <li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community</li> <li>Ability to lead as part of a dynamic professional learning community.</li> <li>Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning</li> <li>High level of attention to learning and health plans to support students with diverse learning needs.&nbsp;</li> <li>Ability to support staff with regards to gifted and high potential students</li> <li>Strong familiarity with NCCD requirements.</li> <li>Ability to multitask and work independently as well as collaboratively</li> <li>Capacity to oversight a K-12 learning continuum from the perspective of diverse learning</li> <li>Lead improvement in teaching practice</li> <li>Lead a team of Learner Diversity Teachers and teacher Aides across a K-12 context</li> </ul> <p>Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.</p> <p><strong>About Us</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are Catholic Schools Broken Bay, a vibrant and enriching learning environment that spans the Central Coast, Sydney's Northern Beaches and the North Shore.
