<p>The Anglican Schools Corporation (TASC) is entering an exciting new phase of growth, resulting in the re-shaping of its executive team. TASC currently comprises 18 schools within the Sydney Diocese and Western NSW. Each school values its independence while acting with interdependence within TASC. The Anglican Schools Corporation provides schooling for students across both low fee and higher fee schools, with a dedicated commitment to high quality Christian education. The newly created role of Executive Manager Assets and Capital Development reflects the experience and leadership required to optimise the stewardship of the Corporation’s physical assets, ensuring the infrastructure across the schools meets both current and future needs.</p> <p>Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Manager Assets and Capital Development will be adept at discerning the individual context of each school within the Corporation, supporting stakeholders in all aspects of asset management, master planning, capital development, and related procurement. Working in close partnership with Principals, Business Managers, the Board, external contractors, and the Executive Team, the Executive Manager will advance TASC’s mission through strategic infrastructure planning, project delivery, and sustainable development.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be able to:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the Corporation’s asset management and lifecycle planning across all sites</li> <li>Oversee and drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital works projects</li> <li>Develop and implement strategic master building plans aligned with future growth</li> <li>Guide procurement and contract management to achieve cost-effective outcomes</li> <li>Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards</li> <li>Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Board, and Executive Leadership Team on infrastructure and related procurement matters</li> <li>Foster best practice sustainability initiatives across capital and asset operations</li> <li>Develop high-performing teams within the Capital Works and Asset Management functions</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate will be:</p> <ul> <li>A tertiary-qualified leader in Engineering, Building, Asset Management, Business Administration, or a related field</li> <li>A practising Christian, deeply aligned with the Christian mission of the Corporation</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Offered as an ongoing full-time executive appointment, with a competitive package, applicants must have the right to work in Australia, be a practising Christian, and meet the ‘fit and proper person’ requirements under the NSW Education Act 1990.</p> <p>The Anglican Schools Corporation staff comply with the organisation’s child safety and wellbeing policies, with a steadfast commitment to child protection, and a zero-tolerance approach to abuse in all forms.</p>
