<p>The Anglican Schools Corporation (TASC) is entering an exciting new phase of growth, resulting in the re-shaping of its executive team. TASC currently comprises 18 schools within the Sydney Diocese and Western NSW. Each school values its independence while acting with interdependence within TASC. The Anglican Schools Corporation provides schooling for students across both low fee and higher fee schools, with a dedicated commitment to high quality Christian education. The newly created role of Executive Manager Strategy and Development reports to the Chief Executive Officer and works closely with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to deliver organisational growth and development.</p>
<p>The Executive Manager Strategy and Development provides high-level strategic leadership across key initiatives involving school viability, acquisitions, property development, and external partnerships. Operating within a governance and risk-aware framework, the role drives innovation, negotiates with developers and councils, and presents regularly to the Board. Working in collaboration with the executive team, this role is instrumental in identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring their alignment with TASC’s financial, spiritual, and educational objectives.</p>

<li>Commitment to actively model and promote Christian values and lead devotions as part of fostering a spiritually aligned executive culture.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning, property acquisition, and school viability initiatives that align with long-term educational and organisational goals.</li>
<li>Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and driving innovation within a governance and risk-aware framework.</li>
<li>Capacity to cultivate high-performing executive collaboration through strategic insight, entrepreneurial mindset, and cross-functional leadership.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing external partnerships to support and advance a commercial growth strategy.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate effectively and engage with Board members, internal stakeholders, and the broader community to drive strategic impact.</li>

<p>The successful candidate will be:</p>
<ul>
<li>A tertiary-qualified leader in Business, Strategy, Property Development, Education Leadership, or a related field.</li>
<li>A practising Christian, deeply aligned with the Christian mission of the Corporation</li>
</ul>

<p>Offered as an ongoing full-time executive appointment, with a competitive package, applicants must have the right to work in Australia, be a practising Christian, and meet the ‘fit and proper person’ requirements under the NSW Education Act 1990.</p>
