This software includes the student information system Compass, which is critical for school operations, student wellbeing and school governance functions. Other software will include student learning management systems and other educational software.</p> <p>For our learning systems, the Support Officer will provide system administration functions, such as user access management, functional reporting, configuration management, testing system changes and upgrades. The role will support the end users by responding to queries about using the systems and associated business processes.</p> <p>To support continuous improvement, the Learning Systems Support Officer will work closely with the Enterprise Learning Systems Leader to support improvements to learning systems and processes.
