<p>Located in Werribee South, our St Mary’s campus is a brand new, customed built learning environment for approx. 160, Year 9 students. MacKillop College invites experienced educators seeking a leadership position with significant influence to support the design and implementation of a new campus-based curriculum.</p> <p>This role will work closely with the Head of Campus to build a culture of professional collaboration, drawing upon contemporary research, student data, and educator expertise to inform and improve teaching practice and pedagogy.</p> <p>As a curriculum leader, you will ensure alignment to the purpose and learning intentions of the St Mary’s program and ensure there is a shared understanding of the curriculum and that lessons are accessible and inclusive for the learning needs of all students. A key component of this role will be to build the capacity of educators at St Mary’s campus to develop enquiry-based learning opportunities that foster the St Mary’s philosophy of collaboration, community and connection.</p> <p>To be successful in the role you will need a contemporary understanding of curriculum development and how to implement<br> consistent assessments, learning resources and pedagogy appropriate for an integrated learning model.</p> <p><strong>This is a permanent, full-time teaching role, commencing in Term 2, 2025.
