Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Learning Enrichment Teacher (Prep to Year 12) to take on this full time contract position.  Commencing Friday 1 August 2025 concluding Friday 19 September 2025.

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning practice;
• Have a strong working knowledge in areas of pedagogy, curriculum, assessment and the use of ICT;
• Work cooperatively with teachers, parents and other members of the Redeemer community;
• Be an innovator and advocate for contemporary learning;
• Provide excellent pastoral care to students;
• Willingness to contribute to diverse and inclusive communities and accept the responsibility to uphold the Christian Ethos of the College. 

Your response should address the following selection criteria:

• SC.1 Years P to 6 Learning Enhancement teaching experience including individual student plans, EAP and knowledge of how to collect evidence of support for the NCCD;
• SC.2 Ability to engage and enhance student learning;
• SC.3 Development of appropriate intervention strategies;
