The Philanthropy Manager focuses on overseeing fundraising efforts to achieve agreed outcomes, donor stewardship, and advancement opportunities that align with the School’s strategic plan. They will develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from donors.

This role is a full-time position.&nbsp;</p> <p>Working closely with the Director of Media, Communications and Marketing, the Philanthropy Manager focuses on overseeing fundraising efforts to achieve agreed outcomes, donor stewardship, and advancement opportunities that align with the School’s strategic plan. They will develop and implement initiatives to identify, cultivate and solicit gifts from donors.</p> <p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p> <p>The ideal candidate will showcase:</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;a proven and demonstrable track record in delivering fundraising outcomes</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;effective community engagement, fostering strong relationships and meaningful connections</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ability to advise on effective, targeted fundraising campaigns and communications</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;ability to play a central role in the stewardship of prospects and donors, while also identifying new prospects and supporter opportunities</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;professional written and verbal communication skills with a strong presentation style</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;an excellent work ethic with exemplary attention to detail, partnered with a keen sense of customer service and hospitality</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;leadership skills for stakeholder influence, collaborative teamwork, and independent work</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;competency in reporting, record keeping, and digital data and CRM management</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;fundraising experience in the education sector&nbsp;is highly desirable</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;appropriate senior experience and/or qualifications in all or some of the following: fundraising and advancement, philanthropic programs, and/or business development.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Application Details:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>To apply please:</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;address your correspondence to the Principal, Ms Shauna Colnan.</li> </ul> <p>Please provide:</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; a succinct 1 page Cover Letter, addressing the position requirements</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; your current CV with details of your experience, fundraising outcomes and qualifications</li> <li>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;the contact details for three Referees, including your current or most recent employer.
