St Michael’s Primary School, Daylesford, seeks a passionate teacher for the role of Assistant Principal: Curriculum Leader. St Michael’s is a child-safe organisation and regards the safety of all children as paramount to our core beliefs. The successful candidate will adhere to St Michael’s Child Safe Policy and code of Conduct, and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 870.

<p>St Michael&#39;s is seeking an Assistant Principal to join our dynamic school community. The school is seeking an experienced, motivated and inspiring leader who is able to collaborate with others as part of a team.</p><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to the Catholic ethos of our school and to the safety and wellbeing of children. The applicant is required to observe the care, safety and welfare of students which are embedded in school policies and procedures.</p><p>The successful applicant will:</p><p>- have a commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of all children</p><p>- possess the qualifications, skills and abilities necessary to provide students with a rich and rewarding educational experience</p><p>- have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School or a commitment to obtain accreditation</p><p>- hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.</p><p>In addition, successful applicants will be expected to:</p><p>- commit to the Catholic Ethos, the principles of Catholic teaching, and living the school’s vision</p><p>- commit to the St Michael&#39;s Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy</p><p>- commit to ongoing professional learning and the continuing development of a positive school culture</p><p>- have an ability to communicate positively and effectively with all stakeholders in the school community and have high expectations for all students</p><p>- have a minimum 10 years teaching experience (preferred)</p><p>- a Master&#39;s degree or other relevant Postgraduate study either completed or commenced would be viewed favourably.</p><p>Please refer to the attached Selection Criteria and Child Safety and Wellbeing Policy. </p><p>Salary is in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement and available on website <a href="http://www.cecv.catholic.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">www.cecv.catholic.edu.au</a></p><p>St Michael&#39;s Catholic School is a child safe employer and is committed to the welfare of children and their protection.
