Based on the Australian National Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) curriculum, each child is enabled to begin their journey of being lifelong learners and responsible global citizens. Rated 'Exceeding' against the National Quality Standards, the ELC offers a dedicated preschool program for 4-year-old children prior to entering Primary School.</p><p><strong>About the Role</strong><br>&nbsp;</p><p>The ELC Educator collaborates closely with the Teacher to create an enriching and supportive learning environment for young children. This role involves facilitating teaching and learning experiences that are engaging, developmentally appropriate, and aligned with educational frameworks. You will play a vital role in building strong, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues, fostering a sense of trust and partnership within the community.&nbsp;</p><p><i>This appointment is temporary to replace an employee who is on parental leave.
