<p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>
As an<strong> English Teacher</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br><br>
To excel in this role, you will be able to:<br>

<li>demonstrate proficiency in teaching English 7-12. The ability too teach Religious Education would be highly regarded</li>
<li>apply teaching approaches that cater to diverse learning styles</li>
<li>implement engaging classroom practices that apply a range of effective, contemporary approaches to pedagogy in English</li>
<li>utilise formative and summative assessment to drive student progress</li>
<li>employ a data informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback</li>
<li>support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li>
<li>support the College's educational initiatives and endorse innovation as outlined in our Strategic Plan</li>
<li>participate in mentoring and training alongside peers and build strong professional relationships.</li>
</ul>
<p>You will have attained:</p>
<ul>
<li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li>
<li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).</li>
