We offer a number of programs to cater for the diverse needs of all our students. Towards the end of 2024 our school introduced the new positive behaviour for learning framework where very clear expectations of behaviour are known and understood by all students. We are a full 3 streamed co-educational school from K - 6 with a current enrolment of 589 students. We have a number of specialist teachers for music, band, library, sport, P.E and Diverse Learning.

About You

As a Classroom Teacher, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high-quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.

To excel in this role, you will be able to:

• create and implement engaging, rigorous planned learning experiences catering to the diverse needs of students
• demonstrate sound knowledge in developing a K-6 Curriculum and the application of effective learning pedagogies
• utilise formative and summative assessments to drive student progress
• employ a data-informed approach to setting challenging learning objectives and providing constructive feedback
• support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students
• demonstrate excellent classroom management skills focused on student well-being
• integrate technology to enhance contemporary learning experiences.

You will have attained:

• a tertiary qualification in Education
• eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)
• Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead.
