We enable job mobility across the system, diverse career opportunities and an extensive suite of professional development programs.<br><br><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As a School Support Officer (Level 4), you will be an integral member of the school community, you will demonstrate <strong>St Aidan's Catholic Primary School Maroubra</strong>'s values and professional standards in interacting with students, staff, parents and the community.<br><br>To be successful for this role, you must demonstrate:</p><ul><li>strong communication skills and ability to deal sensitively with students, parents/carers and staff when required</li><li>excellent organisational skills including the ability to work effectively in a busy environment, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines</li><li>experience working in administration</li><li>experience with CiA and Compass or the ability to learn new systems</li><li>ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</li><li>advanced computer literacy skills (MS Office and Google suite)</li><li>interpersonal skills in working with a range of people</li><li>excellent written and oral communication</li><li>accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>proven ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required</li><li>a willingness to support the inclusive Catholic religious and cultural environment for students</li><li>a willingness to perform other duties as directed by the Principal.</li></ul><p>A Certificate III/IV (TAFE NSW) or equivalent post-secondary qualification in administration, human resources, finance, accounting, or a related field is highly desirable, but not essential.
