<p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Accounts and Reconciliations Officer</strong><br><strong>Ongoing, 1.0 FTE</strong></p><p>Catholic Education Tasmania (CET) are currently seeking expressions of interest for the position of Accounts and Reconciliations Officer. &nbsp;The Accounts and Reconciliations Officer will be responsible for performing bank and account reconciliations, liaising with stakeholders and providing financial and administrative support within the TCEO</p><p>As the Accounts and Reconciliations Officer, you will be accountable for the integrity of data processing in the financial accounting systems and in accordance with accounting standards and the Australian Taxation Office requirements.</p><p>Some of the skills and experiences we are looking for are:</p><ul><li>Ability to co-ordinate and oversee the accounts payable functions for the TCEO.</li><li>Undertake bank account reconciliations.</li><li>Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts, investigate and follow-up outstanding unreconciled items to ensure that items are cleared in a timely manner.</li><li>Oversee the handling of TCEO Financial enquiries.</li><li>Produce financial reports for TCEO Administrative staff to assist them in tracking expenditure for individual staff members and budget account lines.</li></ul><p>For further information in relation to the position, including an application package, head across to our Careers page at <a href="https://careers.catholic.tas.edu.au/en/listing/">https://careers.catholic.tas.edu.au/en/listing/</a> &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Applications close on Wednesday, 23 April 2025 at 10am.</strong></p><p><i>Catholic Education Tasmania is committed to supporting the rights of children and young people and providing a safe and supportive environment for them.
