<p>An exceptional opportunity has become available for a <strong>Finance Manager</strong> to join our finance team for a 12-month contract.</p>
<p>Trinity College is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our finance function, supporting the College’s strategic and operational goals. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, this role plays a vital part in ensuring that our financial direction remains aligned with the College’s framework, helping to strengthen the foundation upon which our schools thrive. With a focus on delivering timely, accurate, and professional financial reporting and compliance, the Finance Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining robust financial management practices that benefit the entire College community.</p>

This person will demonstrate emotional intelligence, excellent communication, and strong interpersonal skills - qualities essential for fostering a high-performing and supportive team culture. By empowering the finance team with guidance and professional frameworks, the Finance Manager will ensure consistent, high-quality service that enables our schools to focus on what matters most: delivering the best outcomes for students.</p>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for someone who is able to demonstrate an understanding of our Trinity College values and has the following qualifications, skills, behaviours and experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business management field, along with CA/CPA accreditation</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within Finance and Administration</li>
<li>Proven ability to work collaboratively within teams and across our College community</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on improving financial processes and resolving operational challenges.</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the integrity of financial reports and records.</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial management software with experience in Synergetic being a distinct advantage.</li>
<li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide practical, actionable insights.</li>
<li>Demonstrated collaborative leadership style and skilled at building relationships and trust with key stakeholders.</li>
<li>Naturally display strong people-centered leadership competencies.</li>
</ul>
