<p>A fulltime Assistant Educator (Diploma Qualified) position has become available in Brindabella Early Learning Centre. We understand the importance of a strong foundation in early childhood development and are dedicated to shaping the minds of tomorrow&#39;s leaders.</p><p>As the Assistant Educator (Diploma Qualified), you will be assisting the ECT / Lead Educators to implement the educational experiences as well as the day-to-day operation in the room.</p><p>Duties will include, but not limited to:</p><ul><li>Build positive relationships through respectful and meaningful interactions with children, staff, and families.</li><li>Provide adequate supervision for children in various learning experiences.</li><li>Assist ECT / Lead Educator to conduct observations for our amazing children. </li><li>Assist ECT / Lead Educator to setup learning spaces or experiences. </li><li>Work together with the ECT / Lead Educator to develop learning programs according to the EYLF guidelines. </li><li>Act as a positive role model, demonstrating a positive behaviour and language. </li></ul><p>The successful candidate must:</p><ul><li>Hold a Diploma in ECEC.</li><li>Hold a current First Aid Qualifications (Early Childhood specific)</li><li>Previous experience working in an Early Education and Care service (Preferrable).</li><li>Hold the WWVP card.</li><li>Have a sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF guidelines. </li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li><li>Positive, caring attitude and willing to improve.</li><li>Professional presentation</li></ul><p>Perks of working with us:</p><ul><li>Dedicated time off the floor to conduct observations.</li><li>Above awards rate.</li><li>School discounts for your children. </li><li>9 Day Fortnight.</li></ul><p>This is a fulltime position only, working Monday to Friday.
