As an HR Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering essential HR support and advice to stakeholders across CECG. Working under broad direction, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team across all aspects of HR.

Working under broad direction, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner team across all aspects of HR.</p><p>Key responsibilities include handling and resolving general HR enquiries, supporting employee relations and performance management processes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</p><p><strong>About Us&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG)&nbsp;plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning&nbsp;Centres&nbsp;(ELCs).&nbsp;The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services Schools and ELCs.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The CEO provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs.
