The Policy Officer will support Service Areas in developing policies and procedures, conduct research, analyse business processes, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role involves drafting policy documents, providing advice, and managing the policy database.

<p><strong>Location:</strong>&nbsp;Catholic Education Office, Manuka ACT&nbsp;<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong>&nbsp;Full-Time, Permanent&nbsp;<br><strong>Salary Range:&nbsp;</strong>$95,482&nbsp;plus superannuation<br><strong>Eligibility:</strong>&nbsp;Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident&nbsp;<br><strong>Start Date:&nbsp;</strong>Negotiable<br><strong>Closing Date:&nbsp;</strong>11.55 pm, Sunday, 27 April 2025<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>About the Role&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>The Policy Officer supports the development and implementation of clear, compliant policies and procedures across the Service Areas, schools, and early learning centres.&nbsp;Drawing on understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks, the Policy Officer analyses requirements, collaborates with internal subject-matter experts, and works with teams to establish efficient processes, roles, and responsibilities. The Policy Officer provides advice to Service Areas and Executives, drafts policy and procedural documentation, and manages the internal policy database and reporting, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment across the organisation.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>About Us&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG)&nbsp;provides education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning&nbsp;Centres&nbsp;(ELCs).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the CECG system of Schools and ELCs.
