<p><strong>High Potential Learning Leader</strong></p><p><strong>Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Permanent position</strong></p><p><strong>Teaching Load: 0.6 FTE / Leadership 0.4 FTE </strong><br /><strong>Start date: ASAP</strong></p><p><strong>Closing date: 22 April 2025</strong></p><p> </p><p>MLC School is looking for an experienced teacher with expertise in High Potential Learning, who will educate and inspire young women to be fearless thinkers with moral courage and compassion to be agents of change in their own lives and in the lives of others.  The High Potential Learning Leader will be responsible for leading and coordinating the development and delivery of innovative teaching programs targeted specifically to the needs of high potential learners. Central to the role is the identification, tracking and support of our high potential learners, along with the professional development of our teaching staff in best practice pedagogies for high potential students. </p><p> </p><p><strong>About MLC School</strong></p><p>Founded in 1886, MLC School is an independent, nonselective Uniting Church school for girls from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 in Sydney’s inner-west.
