The DP People & Growth is a member of the College Leadership Team and supports the Principal with the College’s Strategic intent to grow staff and leader capability. This dual-campus role is entrusted with the responsibility to support staff cultivating a culture of collaboration, professionalism and excellence.

<p>St Peter&#39;s College is a Catholic Co-educational Secondary College in Melbourne&#39;s south-east region that has a proud history of fostering the educational and spiritual development of its students. St Peter&#39;s College offers a rich and relevant curriculum in a modern learning environment which provides every student the opportunity to reach their full potential.</p><p>The College wishes to appoint an exceptional Catholic educator with relevant experience and appropriate educational qualifications to the newly established senior leadership position of <strong>Deputy Principal – People and Growth</strong> commencing January 2026.  The initial term of the appointment is for 3 years and a further 3 years will be offered subject to a successful mid-term review and is attached to a full-time and ongoing teaching position.</p><p>The successful applicant will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children and will hold Victorian Institute of Teaching Registration.</p><p><i><strong>The St Peter&#39;s College community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</strong></i></p>
