<p>Key Selection Criteria – the successful applicant for the position must be able to provide evidence to support the following criteria:</p><ul><li>Demonstrate experience in a Pre-Kindergarten/Preschool environment.</li><li>Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.</li><li>Maintain current First Aid certification, with readiness to administer first aid when necessary.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with both administrative and teaching staff.</li><li>Build supportive and responsive relationships with young children.</li><li>Manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.</li><li>Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong public relations skills.</li><li>Exercise discretion, diplomacy, and maintain confidentiality.</li><li>Take initiative and apply sound judgment in decision-making.</li><li>Maintain a calm, positive, and professional demeanor in all situations.</li><li>Exhibit a proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong &#34;can-do&#34; attitude.</li></ul>
