Oakhill College seeks a highly skilled Administration Assistant to join our team. Temporary position for Terms 2 - 4, 2025.

<p>Oakhill College is an Independent Catholic Secondary School conducted in the Lasallian tradition, with an enrolment of 2,200 students, boys Years 7 to 10, co-educational in Years 11 and 12. This temporary position, available for Terms 2-4, 2025, is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong administrative skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.</p><p>In this role, you will support various operations within the College, working closely with the Administration Manager to ensure smooth and efficient processes across the College. You will play a key part in delivering professional service, contributing to a positive and supportive culture reflective of our Catholic and Lasallian ethos.</p><p>The role will require support during term time, between the core office hours of 7:00am and 3:06pm, Monday to Friday, based on operational needs across the College.</p><p><strong>The ideal candidate will showcase experience in the following areas:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide admin support to Pastoral &amp; Curriculum offices.</li><li>Assist with teacher scheduling and communication for the Director of Administration and Planning.</li><li>Manage and update the College’s digital calendar (TASS) for key events.</li><li>Support the Director of Student Learning (DoSL) with academic reports.</li><li>Data entry tasks (NESA entries, merits &amp; demerits, student records).</li><li>Assist with event coordination for College events.</li><li>Provide general administrative support as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>The successful applicant will:</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate a clear understanding and commitment to the Mission of the Catholic School</li><li>Adhere to the Colleges Safeguarding Standards and Child Protection policies and procedures</li><li>Be supportive of the Lasallian ethos of the College</li><li>Be an experienced, innovative, and engaging team member</li><li>Be committed to professional growth and development of excellence.</li></ul><p><strong>Please refer to the position description for further information.</strong></p><p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p><p><strong>APPLICATION MUST BE MADE ON-LINE VIA THE COLLEGE WEBSITE</strong></p><p><a href="https://www.oakhill.nsw.edu.au/employment" rel="nofollow">https://www.oakhill.nsw.edu.au/employment</a></p><p>To apply for the role, candidates need to submit a covering letter (2 pages maximum) and an up-to-date curriculum vitae that clearly details their relevant skills and experience. </p><p>Oakhill College is committed to child safety and Safeguarding Standards and the health, safety and wellbeing of our students, staff, and school community.
