The primary role of the Associate Directors of Academic Education is to work alongside teachers leading and embedding pedagogical development within the Primary School setting.

<ul><li>We are seeking an Associate Director of Academic Education, specialising in Literacy to join our Primary School leadership team</li><li>Strategic role contributing to our culture of excellence and continuous improvement</li><li>3-year fixed-term leadership position, ongoing teacher position</li></ul><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>The primary role of the Associate Directors of Academic Education is to work alongside teachers leading and embedding pedagogical development within the Primary School setting; focusing on the provision of a positive learning environment.
