<p>St John&#39;s Regional College is a Catholic co-educational College, with a proud Lasallian and Presentation traditions, serving the parishes of Dandenong, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Noble Park and Hampton Park.</p><p>As a key member of the Finance and Administration Team, you will play a vital role in managing the College’s accounts payable and receivable functions with accuracy and efficiency. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who enjoys working collaboratively and providing excellent service to staff, students, and families.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>Accounts Payable:</strong> Process invoices, manage payments, reconcile credit cards, and maintain creditor documentation.</p><p><strong>Accounts Receivable:</strong> Generate invoices, process payments, reconcile transactions, and liaise with families regarding account management.</p><p><strong>Finance Support: </strong>Asset register maintenance</p><p><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external service providers to ensure smooth financial operations.</p><p><strong>Skills, experience &amp; attributes sought</strong></p><ul><li>Well-developed computer accounting package skills and intermediate Excel skills.</li><li>Knowledge of Synergetic software or other accounting packages.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support the College’s mission.</li><li>Commitment to Child Safety Standards and adherence to all College policies and procedures.</li><li>Working with children check.</li><li>A current and satisfactory National Police History Check.</li></ul><p><strong>Applications Close:</strong>  18 April 2025</p><p><i>St John&#39;s Regional College is committed to Child Safety and Wellbeing.
