Holy Trinity Catholic Primary School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Diversity Leader who is able to build trusting relationships with students and families as well as work collaboratively with staff, to personalise the learning for children requiring adjustments in their learning. An understanding and working knowledge of NCCD and the requirements would be advantageous.

<p><strong>It is expected that the successful applicant will :</strong></p><ul><li>develop and maintain respectful and caring relationships with students, families and colleagues</li><li>have a working knowledge of the NCCD and how to effectively meet the requirements and evidence gathering required for funding</li><li>an have an understanding of Positive Behaviours for Learning (PBL) ensuring safe and effective teaching and learning environments</li><li>work effectively with school staff to support students who have additional learning needs to access learning through planned adjustments and/or learning programs</li><li>organise and help to facilitate Program Support Group (PSG) meetings </li><li>support staff in developing Personalised Learning Plans (PLP)</li><li>maintain accurate records and tracking the progress of students with specific learning needs</li><li>working collaboratively in a team to enhance the capacity of others through coaching </li></ul><p><strong>The successful applicant should:</strong></p><ul><li>have accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school is desirable</li><li>be committed to child safety, to maintaining best practices to ensure this and to ongoing evaluation of these practices</li><li>have read and be committed to maintaining the standards as set out in our Child Safe Code of Conduct</li><li>hold a current VIT registration</li></ul><p><strong>Application Procedures</strong></p><p>Applications should be made in writing and forwarded via email (hr&#64;htsunbury.catholic.edu.au) or post to the Principal.<br />The names of three confidential referees (including current Principal) and their telephone contact details, including personal telephone numbers, should be included in the application.</p><p> </p><p>All at Holy Trinity Catholic Primary School believe that children have the right to feel safe and be safe.
