We are currently seeking an experienced & motivated Executive Support professional to join our Student Achievement Workstream.

The Towards 2025 Strategy commits our system of schools to being at least as good as the very best, to maximise the learning growth of every student, and to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ and love learning. </p><p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast, Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 45 Catholic Schools with around 18,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><strong>About the Role</strong> </p><p>This role is an executive administrative support position working for the Workstream Lead in the Student Achievement Workstream.</p><p>As a frontline contact for the Senior Workstream Lead, this role handles a variety of tasks, a high degree of confidential and/or sensitive information and communicates with a wide range of school leaders, school staff, central office colleagues and external stakeholders. </p><p>This position works closely with other administrators in the organisation to support and enhance service delivery to our schools and CSBB colleagues.</p><p>This essential role supports internal and external stakeholders and works collaboratively as part of a high performing and passionate team.  </p><p>This is a <strong>permanent, full-time</strong> opportunity to start as soon as possible, based at our head office in Pennant Hills.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong> </p><ul><li>Organise executive communications for the Student Achievement Leadership Team, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal staff and external stakeholders</li><li>Assist in diary management of the Student Achievement Leadership Team</li><li>Organise filing systems of paper and electronic documents</li><li>Triage any Student Achievement enquiries</li><li>Support the work of the broader workstream as required</li><li>Manage expenditure and reconciliation and ‘procure to pay’ activities for individuals and teams within the Student Achievement workstream</li><li>Support the Student Achievement Leadership Team, to be prepared for meetings</li><li>Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for events such as workshops, staff gatherings; small and large scale meetings; and project activities</li><li>Provide assistance in project management tasks as required</li><li>Attend meetings as directed to take minutes and/or provide technology support</li><li>Uphold a strict level of confidentiality</li><li>Coordinate travel requirements and related purchases and expenses for the Student Achievement Team</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong> </p><ul><li>3-5 years’ experience in an executive support role &amp; supportive of, or can demonstrate an understanding and commitment to, the ethos of the Catholic faith in an educational context</li><li>Has a solutions-focused mindset</li><li>Strong organisational and multi-tasking ability</li><li>Is process oriented and willing to learn</li><li>Displays a friendly and professional demeanour</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Have advanced skill in the Microsoft suite of products – i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Forms</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong> </p><ul><li>Relevant certification or tertiary qualification, and/or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through experience</li><li>Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) </li><li>Current NSW Driver’s Licence (and own car required)</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits of Working with Us</strong> </p><ul><li>Competitive annual salary package plus Superannuation</li><li>Free onsite parking or public transport close by </li><li>25% School Fee Discount for eligible employees </li><li>Annual leave loading and ex-gratia leave at Christmas time </li><li>Salary Packaging for eligible employees </li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong> </p><p>Applications should include: </p><ul><li>A cover letter of no more than two pages addressing why you are interested in the role and addressing the criteria listed above </li><li>A current resume </li></ul><p>Please apply to this opportunity by clicking on the link below:</p><p> </p><p><a href="https://cgprod.phris.org.au/psc/CGPRD/EMPLOYEE/HRMS/c/HRS_HRAM_FL.HRS_CG_SEARCH_FL.GBL?Page&#61;HRS_APP_JBPST_FL&amp;Action&#61;U&amp;FOCUS&#61;Applicant&amp;SiteId&#61;1&amp;JobOpeningId&#61;5961&amp;PostingSeq&#61;1" rel="nofollow">APPLY HERE</a></p><p> </p><p><strong>Closing Date: 16 April 2025</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><u>“However, we will be reviewing and progressing applications as we receive them.”</u></strong></p><p> </p><p><i><strong>Agencies, please note that unsolicited resumes for this position will not be considered.</strong></i><strong> </strong></p><p><i>Catholic Schools Broken Bay promotes a culture of safety and care for children and young people.
