<p><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid - World Square, CBD and WFH&nbsp;<br><strong>Commencement Date:</strong> Monday, 28 April 2025&nbsp;<br><strong>Closing Date:</strong> Thursday, 10 April 2025&nbsp;<br><strong>Capacity:</strong> Part-Time, Temporary (Monday to Friday, from 6:30am to 10:30am)<br><br><strong>About the Role</strong><br><br>The <strong>Amadeus Music Program Administrator</strong> is required to perform tasks that include but are not limited to:<br>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>extensive scheduling management, focused on staff cover and release, executing cover for planned and unexpected absences</li><li>providing administrative services including filing, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, routine purchasing, meeting and event support, photocopying, and creating and compiling documents to support the effective operation of the team/unit</li><li>collecting and compiling information to support the development of documentation and reports</li><li>responding to enquiries and routine requests for information, escalating enquiries as necessary, to ensure the provision of accurate information</li><li>updating records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible</li><li>any other duties as directed from time to time.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work for Sydney Catholic Schools</strong><br><br>In joining <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/">Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS)</a>, you will be part of the largest Catholic education community in NSW, with a unified vision and shared resources, encompassing over 145 schools and over 74,000 students.
