<p>This is a 4-5 day a week position. Workdays and hours to be negotiated.</p><p>Applicants must be able to demonstrate:</p><ul><li>commitment to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in their care </li><li>enthusiasm and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team-based environment to meet the needs of our students and families</li><li>experience with Client Management Systems</li><li>experience in Customer Service</li><li>experience in a school setting highly desirable</li><li>Duties will involve:</li><li>operating and managing the school administration area; providing assistance to prospective families and handling telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>liaising with, and managing enquiries from students, parents, staff, and the general public, also assisting with grievances from parents</li><li>data processing of enrolment forms and relevant information required for new students</li><li>providing administrative support to the Principal and Bursar including arranging appointments, diary and calendar management and preparing general correspondence</li><li>assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications via the Audiri app to allow a smooth flow of information to all community stakeholders</li><li>overseeing the daily marking of the school roll, ensuring that records are maintained and that student absences are followed up with families</li><li>utilising school applications such as Audiri, Nforma, eSis and eFin to ensure the day to day running of the school</li><li>maintaining student medical records ensuring all prescribed medication is up to date</li><li>providing medical assistance and First Aid treatment as required</li><li>maintaining First Aid training data base of all staff</li><li>performing the role of anaphylaxis supervisor and trainer of all staff</li><li><p>maintaining the Working with Children check register</p><p>Any other duties as directed by the Principal</p></li></ul>
