<p><strong>Youth / Social Worker</strong></p><p>St Francis Flexible School works with young people who are disengaged from mainstream education with the aim of re-engaging them in creative, meaningful and intentional learning. Our schools work with young people through a trauma informed approach respectful to the educational needs of each learner.</p><p>The purpose of a Flexible School is to provide young people with a varied and holistic set of learning experiences supporting them to identify and pursue an individual transition to adulthood, employment, further education and training and social connectedness.</p><p><br /><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Youth/Social Worker to join our team, working at our Hobart campus. We have a role commencing as soon as possible.</p><ul><li>You will be employed on an ongoing basis, and you will be employed under the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2024. Salary will be Wellbeing Level 3 $80,722 to $92,859 per annum depending on qualifications and experience, plus $5,000 Hard to Staff Allowance.</li></ul><p>The Youth/Social Worker reports to the Principal or delegate.
