<p>St Mary&#39;s is a small Catholic school located in Castlemaine with a current enrolment of 65 students and we are hoping to grow this number to 100 in the near future. Our school currently comprises of 3 multi-age classes and we are focused on empowering children to take responsibility for their own learning by providing them with strategies and skills to prepare for an ever-changing world.</p><p>We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced teachers for the positions of Learning and Teaching Leader and Religious Education Leader. These leadership roles are integral to our school’s commitment to high-quality education and the Catholic identity of our community. The successful applicants will work within a dynamic and dedicated team, fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment that meets the diverse needs of all students. Prior experience in one or both roles is advantageous.</p><p> </p><p><strong><u>About you</u></strong></p><p>As an engaging and highly competent leader you will have a distinct focus on leading teachers in each area. It is expected that the successful candidate will work collaboratively with the principal and leadership team to build teacher capacity and Catholic identity in the school. </p><p>As a passionate and highly skilled leader, you will guide teachers in your area of expertise, working collaboratively with the principal and leadership team to build teacher capacity, enhance Catholic identity, and inspire excellence in teaching and learning.
