<p><strong><u>About the role</u></strong></p><p><strong>Fixed term full time (1.0 FTE), from August 2025 for the 2025/2026 school year</strong></p><p>As our Spanish Teacher, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><p>● Teaching Spanish to secondary school students (Years 6-12)</p><p>● Preparing students for exams</p><p>● Teaching within the framework of the fundamental principles of the French and Australian educational systems with high standard expected</p><p>● An ability to teach across different subjects areas would be an advantage</p><p>● Embrace the French-Australian work culture of our School</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><p>● Remuneration as per the Independent Schools NSW/ACT industrial agreement (Annual full time base between a minimum of $86,607 AUD and a maximum of $132,260 AUD, depending on qualifications and experience)</p><p>Desired Skills and Experience</p><p><strong><u>About the ideal candidate</u></strong></p><p>● Bachelor&#39;s degree &#43; Master&#39;s degree in education &#43; competitive examination (CAPES/Agrégation)</p><p>● Minimum of 4 years&#39; full-time experience</p><p>● Previous experience in Collège and Lycée</p><p>● Excellent command of the French national curriculum</p><p>● Knowledge of the AEFE network and the French education system abroad</p><p>● Native Spanish Teacher</p><p>● Relational and reflective classroom teacher and collaborative community member focused on improving educational outcomes </p><p>● Demonstrated ability to engage with students using inclusive and innovative pedagogical practices</p><p><strong>Visa requirements for candidate recruited from overseas:</strong> Level of English equivalent to an overall IELTS general score of at least 5.0 for each subject, i.e. approximately level B1 of the CEFR</p><p> </p>
