<p><strong>Location:</strong> St Joseph's Catholic High School, Albion Park</p><p>A temporary part time position commencing 30 April 2025 until 27 March 2026 (4 weeks annual leave). The successful applicant will be required to work 3 days per week, Wednesday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.</p><p>The role of General Employee Maintenance provides services to assist with the smooth operation of the School and will be responsible for general maintenance and repairs, and other duties as directed by the Principal.</p><p>Duties may include (but not be limited to):</p><ul><li>General building and grounds maintenance (painting, patching, basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical (changing bulbs etc.).</li><li>Perform routine inspections and maintenance of school facilities including classrooms, offices, restrooms and common areas.</li><li>Liaise and coordinate with external contractors for specialised repairs and installations.</li><li>Work closely with school staff to address maintenance issues and ensure minimal disruption to school activities.</li><li>Emergency cleaning when required.</li><li>Emptying of bins each day.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Driving the School Ute to pick up items as required and/or to move equipment to and from school events.</li><li>Opening the school.
