Base salary ranges from $87,550 to $125,763</li><li>an additional coordinator allowance on top of your base salary</li><li>salary packaging of up to $15,900 annually</li><li>up to 25% discount on school fees for parents of SCS students</li><li>ongoing training and development opportunities</li><li>discounts on gym classes and memberships, activewear, healthy meals, and wellbeing products</li><li>generous Employee Referral Program.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong><br><br>As a <strong>Coordinator 2</strong>, you work to ensure every student reaches their full potential through high quality, collaborative and engaging pedagogy.<br> </p><p>The Diverse Learning Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating staff in the Diverse Learning department for the below:<br> </p><ul><li>NCCD processes for students with disability; including consultation and collaboration meetings, maintaining records of assessed needs, organising reasonable adjustments and monitor and review</li><li>the development of Personalised Plans for all students on the NCCD; including goals, adjustments and provisions</li><li>coordinate special provisions and adjustments for internal and external assessments and examinations across the school in accordance with NESA Disability Provisions</li><li>organising Literacy and Numeracy Intervention Programs to meet the needs of students with disability</li><li>liaising with the Director of Teaching and Learning and Director of Curriculum to review support for students with disability and consider staff professional learning needs related to students with disability</li><li>organising the allocation of Learning Support Officers and Diverse Learning Teachers across the school based on student needs including maintenance of a learning support timetable</li><li>sharing information with teachers about students with disability and coordinating school compliance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and Disability Standards for Education 2005.</li></ul><p>You will have attained:<br> </p><ul><li>a tertiary qualification in Education</li><li>eligibility according to the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA)</li><li>Religious Education qualifications or the willingness to achieve them as per <a href="https://sydcatholicschools.nsw.edu.au/policies/accreditation-policy-to-work-teach-and-lead-in-sydney-catholic-schools"><u>Accreditation Policy to Work, Teach, and Lead</u></a>.</li></ul><p><strong>Application Process</strong><br><br>Please click on the 'Apply' button and follow the steps to submit your application.
