This position is part of the MacKillop Education and Engagement Programs Team and reports to the Education Specialist Team Leader.

<p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>The Keep Embracing Your Success (KEYS) Model is a trauma-informed, strengths-based support framework designed to enhance the wellbeing, stability, and personal growth of children and young people in out-of-home care. Funded by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH), KEYS provides individualised support, advocacy, and collaborative care planning to help young people navigate challenges and build positive relationships.</p><p>This 0.5 EFT position is based at our Forest Hill office, where you will collaborate directly with the KEYS team in the Eastern region. The Education Specialist will work closely with the KEYS team, the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing, and local schools to improve the learning outcomes of each young person referred to the program.</p><p>This position is part of the MacKillop Education and Engagement Programs Team and reports to the Education Specialist Team Leader.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>This is a </strong><i><strong>Permanent Part-Time (19 hours per week - 0.x5EFT)</strong></i><strong> opportunity based in Forest Hill within our MacKillop Education and Engagement Programs/Keep Embracing Your Success (KEYS) Model (East) program.
