<p><strong>Director of Learning Enhancement</strong><br /><strong>1.0 FTE, Full-time permanent</strong></p><p><strong>Start date:                    ASAP</strong></p><p><strong>Closing date:               6 March 2025</strong></p><p>MLC School is looking for an exceptional and proactive <strong>Director of Learning Enhancement</strong> who will <strong>educate and inspire</strong> young women to be <strong>fearless thinkers</strong> with <strong>moral courage</strong> and <strong>compassion</strong> to be <strong>agents of change</strong> in their own lives and in the lives of <strong>others</strong>.  </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>About the position</strong><br />The Director of Learning Enhancement is responsible for being the central point of contact for students, parents and staff for individualised programs, providing specialist advice on student integration, remediation, differentiation and gifted education.   In conjunction with the Pre-K – Year 12 <strong>Learning Enrichment (LE)</strong> teams, they are responsible for promoting an inclusive educational environment through co-ordination, oversight and monitoring of students with additional needs, including gifted &amp; talented and learning support. </p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Selection Criteria:</strong></p><p>To be successful in your application you will need:</p><ul><li>Proficient Teacher Accreditation and a minimum of 5 years&#39; teaching experience</li><li>Post Graduate Qualifications in Education Support/Special Education/Inclusive Education</li><li>Previous leadership experience in a school environment</li></ul><p>The successful candidate will be an exceptional educator, who is highly able to inspire authentic, relevant and innovative programs. You will be an outstanding communicator who fosters collegiality and has ability to build capacity in team members.
