All staff have access to Flourish, a system-wide dedicated People Wellbeing Program offering in-time support across a variety of areas.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role&nbsp;</strong></p><p>A Classroom Support Assistant is essential in ensuring that teachers can focus on delivering high-quality lessons while providing personalized support to students. They assist in managing the classroom, reinforcing lesson content, and offering one-on-one help to students who need extra guidance. This includes working with students who have special educational needs, providing administrative support, and helping maintain a calm and organised classroom environment.
