With a focus on Christian values and educational excellence, at TAS we develop individuals who contribute to the global community.&nbsp;As a Teacher Aide, you will support the educational and personal growth of our students, playing a crucial role in their daily learning experiences and overall development.</p><p><strong>Do you have:</strong></p><ul><li>CERT III in Education Support, or similar</li><li>Experience in a similar role</li><li>Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011) or Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting (HLTAID012) (Desirable)</li><li>Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) (HLTAID009) (Desirable)</li></ul><p><strong>Are you a team member who can:</strong></p><p>Work collaboratively under the guidance of the class teacher and:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>produce displays and resources as required.</li><li>undertake routine tasks for example:<ul><li>prepare resources for a class,</li><li>manage and store stock for teachers,</li><li>photocopy information required for lessons etc.</li></ul></li><li>liaise with volunteers who help with classroom activities and ensure tasks are actioned to support teachers</li><li>assist teachers with pastoral care of students</li><li>assist teachers with yard duty supervision</li><li>monitor students’ performance and report information to teachers</li><li>attend and assist teachers with the organisation of outings and other special activities</li><li>assist with other office administration duties when required</li><li>assist with other duties as designated by the Head of Primary</li></ul><p><strong>Working with students checks</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>TAS provides a safe and supportive learning environment for our students and young people and we achieve this through recruiting excellent staff based on merit and suitability to work with our students and young people.
