The position is full time, ongoing with a proposed start date of mid March 2025. </p><p>The position will oversee all aspects of property and facilities management whilst supervising a team of maintenance staff, caretakers, and external contractors. Strong knowledge of compliance with Occupational Health &amp; Safety (OH&amp;S) and other regulatory requirements is essential.</p><p><strong> About You</strong></p><p>You have previous experience in a similar role and a proactive approach, showing initiative and a willingness to accept responsibility.
